I recently used the services of a company that claims to be experts in Africa, based on the recommendation of a friend. I must say that my experience with this company was quite average. The website was informative and easy to navigate, providing useful information about their services. However, the actual execution of the service fell short of my expectations. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and there were a few hiccups in the process. The quality of their work was acceptable, but not outstanding. The staff was polite and professional, but lacked the extra effort that would have made my experience exceptional. Overall, I would rate this company as average. While they may be competent in their field, they did not go above and beyond to impress me.
