I had a mediocre experience with Groupe bo concept. The furniture I bought was decent in quality, but the customer service was disappointing. I had some issues with the delivery, and it took longer than expected to resolve the matter. While the products are satisfactory, I expected better after-sales support. Overall, Groupe bo concept left me with a mixed impression.
