The design company's website is visually pleasing and easy to navigate. However, the overall experience was average. The customer service was decent, but there were times when it took longer than expected to receive a response. The quality of their work is good, but not exceptional. There were some minor issues with the final product, but they were fixed promptly. The price was reasonable, but it would have been nice to have a clearer breakdown of the costs. Overall, fair & square, design, llc is an average company that provides decent design services. I wouldn't mind using them again in the future, but I also wouldn't highly recommend them. 🤷‍♀️
