Absolutely horrible experience at the service cent...

Absolutely horrible experience at the service center -- I will never be taking my new Volkswagen here again. I took my new car in for the complimentary 30-day checkup and discovered when I got home that the service team had gotten grease stains on my interior. I called the service desk to complain and received no apology but in fact an argument that maybe I was the one who had stained the car. When I took it back in later the same week to get the stain removed, I again received no apologies for messing up in the first place and the team didn't remove all of the stain. I ended up going home and spot treating it myself. This was absolutely horrendous customer service and I will now be driving further to the Hendrick dealer in Concord to get my car serviced.
