I recently worked with a design company to revamp my website, and I found the experience to be average. The process of working with them was smooth, but I felt that the creativity and originality of the designs were lacking. The team was professional and responsive, but the end result didn't quite live up to my expectations. Additionally, I found the pricing to be on the higher side considering the outcome. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I had hoped for a bit more innovation and value for the investment.
