The experience with Baywater tours was good overall. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the tour guides were knowledgeable. However, I felt that the tour could have been more engaging and interactive. The itinerary was a bit rushed, and I would have liked more time to explore each destination. But overall, it was a decent tour experience.
