I recently enrolled my children in the swim program at this company. The instructors were knowledgeable and committed to helping my kids feel comfortable in the water. However, the facility lacked cleanliness, and the changing rooms were not well-maintained. Additionally, I found the pricing to be on the higher side compared to other similar programs. The website was user-friendly, but I encountered some difficulties navigating through the class schedules. Overall, it was an average experience. Hopefully, the company can focus on improving the facility's cleanliness and consider more reasonable pricing options for families. 🏊‍♂️
