I had a mixed experience with Petals INC. While the flowers I ordered for my anniversary were beautiful and arrived on time, the customer service was lacking. They didn't respond to my inquiries promptly and seemed unhelpful. I would consider using them again for the quality of their products, but their customer service definitely needs improvement.
