I recently had the opportunity to use a virtual conference platform from this company and I have mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the website was easy to navigate and had a clean layout. The support team was responsive and helpful when I had questions. However, I found the overall functionality of the platform to be average. The audio quality during the conference calls was inconsistent at times, and there were occasional lags and delays which made it difficult to have smooth and uninterrupted conversations. Additionally, the video feature was not as polished as I had hoped, with some participants experiencing blurry or pixelated video streams. While the platform served its purpose adequately, I was hoping for a more seamless and reliable experience. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
