Hi, I've contacted you literally countless times giving you my health insurance information, and via every means available phone, letters, online system, emails, as well as in person at the hospital, and you continue to refuse to process my claim. I just received the most ridiculous letter from you, as follows:

we have identified you have eligibility with [insurance plan], but we not have sufficient information to file a claim with your carrier. If we are unable to validate your insurance coverage, we may send you a bill.

OK?? so basically what you are saying is that you know I'm covered, but you refuse to file the claim. I've literally given you all the information I have countless times. I've given the exact same information to the ambulance service and testing service I used that same night, and they both processed my claims correctly, so I have no idea why you cannot do the same, and further, it's not my problem anymore that you can't! I'm not a medical biller, you are! I've given you all the information, and if you don't know how to process it correctly, that's on you. That's your job, not mine.
