I have had a mixed experience with Madly Groupe Clairefontaine Rhodia. While the website is easy to navigate and the products are of good quality, the customer service needs improvement. There were delays in my order and it took several attempts to get in touch with their support team. However, once resolved, the products were satisfactory.
