Three months later and no money. Filed a second paper application after they conveniently lost the first online one. Whoever entered it put EVERYTHING in wrong. Income, address, job title, work address, education we re all wrong. You can t even get anyone on the phone 90% of the time and when you finally do they call operators don t even know what s going on or the system is down. I ve had call backs scheduled and they never happen. DeSantis and the entire state of Florida should be ashamed.
