Phipps Plaza is by far the most upscale mall we have in Atlanta; this mall is defiantly a designer lover s dream. This mall host a number of high end designer stores, and the layout of the mall is more of an upscale mansion with winding staircases and beautiful wood work. I absolutely love walking through Phipps Plaza to get to the movie theater! I dream of one day purchasing a high end designer bag, from this designer Mecca! You also are very likely to run into a celebrity or two in this mall!
