I had an average experience with Trescom Research and Consultancy Limited. The service provided by them was satisfactory, but I expected a bit more professionalism. The website was easy to navigate and their staff was friendly. However, the overall quality of the research conducted for my project was just average. It lacked depth and thoroughness. I believe there is room for improvement.
