As a customer of Qrops, I have to say that their service is average. Their website is user-friendly and the process of setting up a QROPS was relatively smooth. However, their customer support could be improved. It took them quite some time to respond to my inquiries and I found their answers to be somewhat vague. Overall, I would rate Qrops as average.
