It should be shutdown and they need to re-train their employees I am new to St Paul Minnesota area and this has been the worst mistake ever for me and my child. Not only do they take their time processing your paperwork, they lack communication and professionalism I have been waiting for an inspection for a week and 2 days (my child starts school any day now without a home to go to) but only for me to call them and find out my paperwork is basically in the air because they don't cover north St Paul which I don't understand when they are the only housing company in St Paul. Oh the best part the "SUPERVISOR" Is gone for the weekend and there is nothing anyone can do but while speaking with Hailey my case worker who told me nothing after having me initial paperwork knowing my Housing wasn't covered in that area she says it was sent back to Wisconsin called Wisconsin they haven't received anything then she says oh I just gave it to my supervisor i think an elephant could do their jobs better than them I promise
