I had an average experience with Genesis of Adventure. The customer service was good, but the overall trip was just okay. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I felt that the tour guide could have been more knowledgeable about the destinations we visited. The accommodation was decent, but not exceptional. Overall, it was an average experience.
