The experience I had with Urban truant was average overall. The website is user-friendly and the products are nicely presented. However, I encountered some issues during the checkout process. It was a bit confusing and I had some trouble making the payment. The customer support was responsive but it took them longer than expected to resolve my issue. The overall experience was neither great nor terrible.
