Barlows Lawn Service is an average company. The quality of their work is decent, but nothing exceptional. I've used their service twice and found them to be dependable. The crew always arrives on time and completes the job in a timely manner. However, I do feel that their rates are a bit on the higher side compared to other similar companies in the area.
