I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Queenstown for a week...

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Queenstown for a weekend getaway and I must say it was an average experience. The location of the hotel is great, right in the heart of the city with stunning views of the lake and mountains. However, I found the rooms to be a bit outdated and in need of renovation. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the service was not exceptional. The food at the hotel restaurant was good, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, it was a decent stay but I expected more from a 4-star hotel.
