Through the years from as far back as the 60's, I've always had BAD experiences with new major car service departments -mostly General Motors Chevrolet and Buick. In 1987 I switched to Ford - Mustangs and a Crown Victoria. Service was always very good from Ford. I and my family will NEVER buy another GM automobile!!. But in 05, I bought a BMW and service was great. Now I have a 2014 Audi and only had to take it in once for a warranty issue - a sticking electronic emission valve. John Kortlang at Audi SD was very good at getting the problem corrected and Jay setting me up with a new loaner A4. So far I haven't had any of the problems posted on this site about Audi SD
