Had an issue with the amount of a refund. Instead of returning any of my multiple phone calls and emails, they just ghosted and ignored me.
Horrible customer service.
Hope that $100 you owe me is worth a one star review.

Updated: after they refunded me according to their policy, I tried MULTIPLE TIMES to get in touch with them to simply discuss and understand their policy.
They never replied. All I wanted was to discuss my options. I realized I miss understood their refund policy and wanted to follow up.

I am still willing to discuss this issue with you, are you willing to at least email or call me back?

Waiting patiently for some follow up customer service.
