I have been using Yellow cab media for a while now...

I have been using Yellow cab media for a while now and I must say, their service is average. The drivers are usually on time and the vehicles are in decent condition. However, the customer service can be improved. There have been a couple of instances where I had to wait for a long time to get a response from the support team. Overall, it's an okay experience.
