I DO NOT recommend this company for anyone, here is my experience
The agent I was working with me was Luis.
- He tried to sneak in vehicle warranty and Gap insurance into the loan which added $3000 to the loan and pressured me to sign fast, luckily i read the documents and told him to remove that, he caught an attitude because I cost him a commission I think.
- after I provided all information and established a payment amount and plan with him, i didn't hear from him for 3 weeks no updates or responses to my emails or calls until I emailed his supervisor that's when reached out with this exact text message "you don't qualify for the loan"
I'll probably get a response on this review quicker then I did on my case. Shows you where their priorities are.
