Uncommunicative when it came to "transferring my mortgage" to their "parent company". Then they sold my mortgage to a crooked debt collector. On principle I have to give this company a 1-star rating. Had they never transferred/sold my mortgage, they would get 5 stars because they were super pleasant to work with, but unfortunately, their only interest is making as much money as fast as possible. So once you close on your house, they sell your mortgage to the first and easiest crook they can find, pocket the cash, and move on.

EDIT: There is a name for this type of "business". It's called a pyramid scheme, and it's illegal. I'm surprised Premia is still in business.
