Glad I don't have All State Insurance. I have a saved message from Tara who claimed to have called and called the body shop my vehicle was repaired in but received no response. When both I and the body shop owner tried to reach Tara she was busy and never returned our calls. Her supervisor Mark claimed he couldn't call the body shop, supposedly only Tara could call, and then addmitted Tara was to busy to call. Basically this company calls at their convenience and is to busy when any company calls them. Not registered with the BBB? How can All State do business with this company?
