I had a bag worm problem. My garden was quite crawling, attempted to fix myself with no real improvement. Called Monday morning, called back, three hours later at my gate. No problems since. Surprisingly cheap too. I ll be using them again if I have another problem and I really can t be positive enough about my experience.
