tonight I took a dog in, well before 7. I was patient till speaking to the Dr at 915. deciding we were good to go,, Chris in the office made excuses for over an hour and 20 minutes as to why the discharge was taking time. his customer service skills were lacking and although the Dr was nice and the front desk staff as well-I hope nobody has to deal with this same person. In total it took over an hour and thirty minutes to pick up the dog when told he done.
