Debbie Franco has been fantastic and a huge help with our realtor needs while we have been stationed overseas. Our first dealing with Debbie was as our property manager, renting our home out in Evans while we were overseas. A night and day difference compared to our last property manager! Debbie was on top of everything, and always looked out for our interests. When it was time to sell the house we asked Debbie to act as our realtor. She ensured cleaning and repairs were taken care of once the renters left, and staged the house for us so it could be sold. Since then she has been our eyes and ears looking for our forever retirement home as we prepare to come back to Georgia. In all aspects of our realtor needs, Debbie has gone above and beyond. Her understanding of the needs of those working overseas, away from home, has been like no other realtor we ve dealt with. Debbie will always be our go-to person and would highly recommend her to anyone else.
