The people at the consulate don t want to help you. They made 2 mistakes when processing my sister and my documents, then they told me because of the mistakes that I had to repay $800 to start the whole process again. When I tried to discuss the issue with them they shouted at me saying it wasn t their problem and refused to talk to us.
