I had the opportunity to engage with a sales and service company recently. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. The company's website was informative and easy to navigate, but I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff members were not very friendly or helpful. They seemed disinterested in assisting me and did not provide clear answers to my questions. I hope they work on improving their customer service in the future.
