I had an average experience with Skidmore Markell & Company. Their website skid-mark.com is decent and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They took a long time to respond to my inquiries and were not very helpful. Overall, I would say they are an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
