Just spent 2 days-2 nights at this Hotel. What an extreme pleasure!!!! To be in a 5 Star Hotel and receive 5 Star Service from the Front Desk to Bellmen and Valets. We were made to feel welcome, like we were family. From check in to the ease of checking out, Hotel Hershey was/is Fabulous!!!! This Hotel could give lessons in customer service to another so called 5 Star Hotel we stayed at in July in Colonial Williamsburg. Highly highly recommend this Hotel, we hope to visit this Hotel again sometime.
