I have been using Paz for life for over a year now...

I have been using Paz for life for over a year now and I must say it has been an average experience. The website is easy to navigate and find the information I need, but the customer service could be improved. Sometimes it takes a long time to get a response and that can be frustrating. Overall, the service is good but there is room for improvement.
