I recently used Carlyle Van Lines to move my furniture to a new apartment. The experience was average overall. The movers arrived on time and were professional, but they did not handle my belongings with the utmost care. Some items arrived with minor scratches and dents. The pricing was fair, but I expected better service considering the reputation of the company. I would consider using them again if the pricing is competitive, but I would be more cautious about protecting my furniture.
