I was extremely surprised (and very appreciative!)...

I was extremely surprised (and very appreciative!) that Harvard Business Services is very proactive about customer feedback and takes client satisfaction seriously!! I will undoubtedly continue to use their services, and recommend them for their focus on customer experience - they recognized a gap in their service training based on an online review I left, and fixed it right away!

For more context, I had a great set-up experience and when the next interaction didn t go well, I left a candid online feedback. I was surprised when I received a call from Harvard Business Services VP of Sales the very next day to understand the sequence of events and what they could have done better!! Since then, I understand that the situation was discussed in internal meetings for training and improvement, and they even checked in on my subsequent experience.

The fact that a company takes customer reviews seriously, and actually takes the time to research the incident and then reach out to the customer for follow-up shows extremely high professionalism and focus on customer delight! I appreciate their proactive outreach, and will be sure to continue to use their services!
