WORST COMPANY EVER!!! So my bill said I had an unpaid balance of $69, and my total bill was $211 due 2/08. Come home at 6:30 pm and MY WATER IS SHUT OFF WITH NO NOTICE!!! I call and pay the full $211. Call to try to get it turned back on and their phones aren't working. Within the past 14 hours I have called 27 times and have only been answered twice. The first time the emergency lady said there was nothing she could do about it until morning so my 6 year old couldn't brush his teeth or shower before bed. Then I call in the morning and get NO answer. I sat at home until about 10 am and went to leave work to see a tag on my door saying they cant turn it on because a line is open. I WAS HOME AND NO ONE EVEN KNOCKED TO TELL ME TO TURN A FAUCET OFF!!!! Then I call again and couldn't get a hold of anyone until almost 11 am to have a representative talk to me like I was an idiot for wanting my water on NOW! He straight said, "if there wasn't a car in the driveway our service men usually do not attempt to turn it on in case a line is open". I WAS HOME!! Then he said all he can do is put in another work order for someone to hopefully come back out and turn it on while my sister was home. MY 6 YEAR OLD WASN'T EVEN ABLE TO SHOWER OR BRUSH HIS TEETH BEFORE BED OR BEFORE SCHOOL BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY'S INCOMPETENCE!!!! If I would have gotten a notice of the late balance I would have happily paid it, my bill said it wasn't due until 2/08 so I wasn't in a rush.The representatives are rude and this entire situation was the WORST experience I have ever had with a utility company and that is saying a lost considering I just moved here from North Dakota. If I could rate them a 0 or negative I would. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
