I recently used Travel On Skill for a trip to Thailand and I must say, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had a few questions about my itinerary and it took several attempts to get a response. Overall, it was an okay experience.
