I am a customer of Keypay cloud payroll and I would rate them as average. The software is easy to use and overall I am satisfied with their service. However, there are a few improvements that could be made. For example, the reporting feature could be more comprehensive and the customer support could be more responsive. Nonetheless, I appreciate the convenience and accuracy of their payroll system.
