My 1start rating is based off of my experience Quarterdeck always has great food. Got appetizers (Buffalo shrimp and sushi) when I got my order, Courtney was a sweet but told me that because of extra pickles I would be charged another dollar and that Her manager Ben said to do so and she knew it was ridiculous . I spoke with Ben and told him I thought it was not right after all the food and drinks we had already ordered and to take the burger back if he s really going to try and charge 1$ after all that was already ordered (and he did) once he did I was shocked and said I couldn t believe he would rather loose out on one dollar and waste a 15$ meal.... he pretty much rolled his eyes and shrugged his shoulders and said I agree and took my plate. That s a waste of food that will just be thrown out. Love Quarterdeck but very disappointed today after the beach clean up and all I wanted was a burger. Ben needs to understand that 5 extra pickles on an additional side plate is not worth loosing a whole meal. Especially to someone who just finished a beach clean up with Quarterdeck products all over the place!
