The pizza at Byron Bay Pizza Co. is simply average. It's nothing special, but not terrible either. The crust is thin and crispy, which I like, but the toppings are just okay. I've had better pizzas elsewhere, but if you're in the mood for a quick bite, it's not a bad option.
