I maintain this is the most unprofessional and fraud company. Do not go by below response from them, as i have no option to respond to their response. They are trying to mislead viewers and prospective clients.

Honestly, given my experience with them - i am not surprised that they are resorting to lies and falsehood to justify low review. For innocent and unsuspecting prospective buyers, here are few more points to note

(a) My requirements were all documented - including detailed functional specifications and screenshots. The same were then part of their written proposal to me. There was not a single deviation from original requirements.

(b) I gave multiple opportunities to Durga prasad and Alok to fix the project based on their assurances and decided to pull the project from them as a last resort. Because of this, I had to finalize another vendor and start from scratch. In this process, i lost 3 weeks + 3 weeks of delay caused by this team = total of 6 weeks delay to my project. If whatever they are claiming is even 1% true, i wouldn't decide to take 6 weeks hit to my critical project.

I have said enough on the management credentials and my experience. It is up to you as a buyer to make a decision. If your project is not important or you like chasing people with no output and later to be blamed for it, this is a perfect vendor.

The most unprofessional and fraud company. They are unreliable. Please do not go by average review score or other 1 line reviews on google - as these reviews are mostly put by their own contacts and are purchased. I am sure you know that packages for social media likes, followers can easily be purchased.

I gave them a project which they committed to complete in 1.5 months. They promised to complete design within 1 week and gave a deadline. 3 weeks post money transfer and daily follow ups, they had done only 5% of the work and that too in poor quality. Throughout this, their customer facing sales folks (Mr Alok Karn) and Company promotor (Mr Durga Prasad) kept on giving false commitments, blatantly lied and kept asking for 1 more day to put things in order. After wasting more than 3 weeks of my invaluable time and giving them enough chances to catch up, i understood that this is a fraud company which has no professionalism and ethics. So i have started to search for another vendor.

I have all the emails proof and recordings of our conversation, so i am not writing this as arbitrary review. I am considering to initiate a legal action against this company for fraud and loss of my invaluable time and business.

Deal with this company only if you purposefully want to jeopardize or sabotage a project. If your requirement is genuine and you care for your money, then look for other alternative companies.
