I had a mixed experience with Confluence Security Group, Inc. The customer service was great, the employees were professional and knowledgeable, and the overall security solutions provided by the company were impressive. However, there were a few issues that I encountered. The installation process was a bit complicated, and it took longer than expected. Additionally, the pricing was on the higher side compared to other security companies. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
