I have been a customer of Lumenos for a while now and I must say, their services are average. While they provide decent products, their customer support often leaves much to be desired. The website is easy to navigate and the purchasing process is hassle-free. However, the shipping speed could be improved and there have been a few instances where my orders arrived damaged. Overall, I would rate Lumenos as an average company.
