I had a mixed experience with Lebenthal Asset Management. While they provided good customer service and were prompt in addressing my queries, I found their investment strategies to be somewhat lacking. The returns on my investments were average at best and I had expected better results. However, I do appreciate the personalized approach they take and their efforts in keeping clients informed about market updates.
