I recently purchased a fireplace from ortalheat.com and I'm very happy with my purchase. The product quality is excellent and it was delivered on time. The customer service I received was also great. The only suggestion I would have is to make the website more intuitive and easier to navigate. Other than that, I have no complaints. Highly recommend!
