I am a CUSTOMER and I have mixed feelings about Groupie. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, I have encountered some issues with their customer service. It took them quite some time to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not always helpful. The overall experience with Groupie was average, but I believe they have the potential to improve.
