Flight and flute is an average company. I booked a flight and had an average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate and the process of booking a flight was smooth. However, the customer service could have been better. The representatives were not very friendly and did not provide helpful information. The flight itself was average, nothing exceptional. I would consider using Flight and flute again if I don't find a better option.
