To begin, on multiple occasions we had issues with the front desk telling my guests our wedding block was full when it was not. This was a huge concern, and as a bride I did not appreciate having to call the hotel every time someone tried to book a room, we had enough to worry about as is.

Upon check in we were told, 2 out of or 3 Jacuzzi rooms had flooded and we had been "upgraded", obviously we did not see this as an upgrade as we had specifically requested the tub room. Why no one bothered to call us in advance to our check in to tell us about this, and rather wait until we show up and have no other option is unacceptable. I also found out that prior to the date of check in multiple check in and out dates were recorded wrong - we sent messages again to rectify the dates - again, something we should not have to be doing. Also during check in we were asked multiple times for a credit card, we mentioned to the desk that our card was already on file, and had been on file for a while, needless to say the desk couldn t find it so we had to stand there and go through his emails to show it to the staff.

The "suite" my parents were upgraded to did not have working ventilation, and the bath tub/shower was disgusting with pubic/body hairs throughout it. When I entered my room upon check in it was full of fully stocked cleaning carts - I wasn't aware my room was a closet - that I had to call down and help staff remove from my room.

It would have also been helpful to know the hotel was undergoing so many renovations, again I wouldn't have booked a hotel block with paper door room numbers, filthy carpets, no baseboards or half dry walled.

I understand there was a convention happening the same weekend, but as said before, I would not have stayed there knowing we would not be able to find parking (one day I drove in circles for 25 minutes trying to find a parking spot), or not wait 20+ minutes for an elevator.

Then two days after check out, we find out that 3 of our rooms were charged to the wrong credit card upon check out, even with the card holder it SHOULD have been charged to standing at the counter walking staff through who and what card to charge it to.

All in all we are just very frustrated and disappointed by how everything went down, honestly the best part of our stay was checking out and getting to leave.
