I've been living in an apartment managed by Mid-America Apt Communities for almost a year now and I am very satisfied with my experience. The maintenance team is always prompt in addressing any issues that arise and the management is quite accommodating. The apartment complex itself is clean and well-maintained. Overall, I would rate this company as excellent!
